Internships

Our curriculum requires high school students to have weekly internships. These are some of the organizations that have partnered with us to offer our student interns opportunities to enrich their educational experiences through work and service learning. Students participate in a wide range of group Community Service experiences until they secure an internship.

A Community Service at HGS

In the beginning of the 2010-11 school year, all students worked together with faculty to plant grass seeds and cover the ground with hay all around the new classroom building. They also planted trees, bushes, perennials and wild flowers. HGS now has beautiful grounds with grass, flowers and trees. Students work together on their own campus.
